  • Performed the role Business Unit Material Cost Productivity Lead Developed toolkit and process for implementation of Design to Cost initiatives for Oil& gas solutions business. Achieved through Design to Cost measures Euro 22’0 savings to the bottom line of the BU in the year 2014&2015. Developed workshop modules for turnkey solutions business in implementation of Design to Cost. Conducted workshops in different lead countries of Siemens at the rate of 8 per year. Under the Material Cost Productivity leadership achieved getting the Business unit certified as MCP Maturity – Professional.
